When Chris left at 6 a.m. this morning, I woke up and said "Have a good reading" -- twice, he corrected me several times before I realized he wasn't a poet and I wasn't still at AWP.
It's good to be back amongst the ones not on their way to poetry readings.

welcome back
I am sorry i couldn't make it to the Pussipo reading. Looks like it was fun. I'll try to listen too it instead. Enjoyed Amy's presentation at the online panel at AWP. Pretty overwhelming conference.
Glad you're home and getting some sleep. I slept until noon yesterday and then moved to the couch. Fantastic to meet you and the reading Saturday was fab...a great way to end AWP for me.
I was startled when I realized, alone in my highly disconnected and uninformed hovel, that AWP was over already--in my mind, I think of it as going on for weeks at least. Of course, in my mind, there are also trained animals, fire-swallowers, and sexy fatless acrobats wandering around.
