The Cultural Development Corporation is now taking applications for artist housing in a former warehouse in the Woodridge neighborhood of NE DC. Forty affordable live/work housing units will be available to artists and their families with a move-in date of 2009. Applications accepted on a first-come first-served basis beginning June 4.
