Some guy in a minivan intentionally tried to hit Chris while he was cycling this morning. Chris pressed charges with the magistrate so there's a court date in October that he has come down and testify at. Do I hear another OBX family vacation in the works? Wait until we tell Gideon the good news.

What a wuss! You don't see me jumping out of the way of cars!
One of my students was intentionally hit on the way to class. Her leg was gashed open but the car got away before she could get the information to report it.
She still came to class, of course, bleeding but ready for poetry.
I'm glad he is pressing charges!
