I wish publications would be more explicit in their guidelines. I am tired but I will continue my crusade.

It's a brand new publication by brand new editors. Give them a chance -- and they did a really good job assembling the work.
My minor gripe is that the author names are part of a graphic on the poems pages and not listed anywhere else, making it not searchable in search engines or viewable if the graphic doesn't load.
Also with many new journals, there doesn't seem to be any consideration regarding content management, which means they're going to have a complicated mess to clean up in a few issues.
All new magazine things, I'm sure they're figure it as time goes on.
