Oh, Reb, Reb, Reb. Have we learned nothing from Ryan Adams’ Heartbreaker? “Suedehead” is a Morrissey solo song from Viva Hate, later featured on his singles collection Bona Drag.
Aack, you're right. I was just going from memory. Blame it on the hormones.
I don't get it. What did Reb post that was wrong? She just listed "Morrissey--Suedehead," but did not list the song's provenance, or terroir. Or whatever other word I can creatively use incorrectly here.
I love that cover by Jem. Does your version have dialogue from the OC in it? Because that's pure kitsch joy.
And I *heart* Journey. Thank God for Journey.
Tony, I had originally listed it as "The Smiths" -- naughty me.
Charles, the version I have doesn't have any OC dialogue. I spent most of the summer listening to Finally Woken and accidently stumbled across this cover on Friday surfing through iTunes.
Journey? Gack. You should treat yourself to Styx' 'The Grand Illusion'. If you want goofy broadway pop and roll, this is probably the goofiest.

Styxx will not be played in this household. I had a bad experience in college with styxx, a roommate's friend and a bag of really bad weed.
Ok, no weed, just a want to kill people due to too much 'steve perry rulez' chatter... oh my lord it makes my skin crawl.
